2025 Burlington Blast Tournament
We are excited to once again host teams from across Ontario in Burlington for the 2025 Burlington Blast Ringette Tournament. This year's tournament will be held Friday January 10th to Sunday January 12th, 2025.
Tournament Information
What makes the Burlington Blast tournament different?
- Tournament Atmosphere! As soon as your walk into Appleby Ice Centre you will feel the energy.
- If you like watching high level ringette, our tournament is the place to be! We are hosting all eight (8) U19AA teams from Ontario as the ranking tournament.
- Large 50/50 draw, last year’s pot was over $22,000
- Vendor Room, includes Ringette Equipment, Crafts & Food
- Large Silent Auction
- Photographers
- Great Accommodations very close to the Arena. There is even a Hampton Inn & Suites beside the Appleby Ice Centre that you can just walk to the Arena

The tournament will welcome teams in the following divisions:

| U14A, U16A | $1,150 | Female | 4 games guaranteed, two 15 min periods |
| U19AA | $1,350 | Female | 4 games guaranteed, four 11 min periods |
Tournament details
- All teams should be prepared to play early Friday morning. Where possible, scheduling consideration will be given to out of town teams. All teams will play on Friday. Any special requests will be looked at on a best efforts basis.
- The deadline to withdraw from the tournament and still receive a full refund is November 10th, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date for a team that withdraws from the event.
- Ringette Ontario Sanctioned Tournament rules and Ringette Ontario's Competition Playing Rules apply.
- U16, U19 & 18+ must be prepared to play late-evening games
- The majority of games will be played at Appleby Ice Centre. If necessary some games will be played at Mainway Recreation Centre which is a 4 minute drive.

Payment Details
Only payment by credit card or e-transfer is accepted. Details can be found on the Online Payments (E-Transfers) page.
Letter of confirmation will be issued the week of November 15th. Full payment is required once your registration has been confirmed.
Registration will close on Sunday, November 10th at 5pm. All new registrations received after this date will be placed on a waitlist. You will be contacted if there is availability.
